Bosch in Tranås is looking for a dynamic and strategic HR Manager to drive meaningful change - for our people and our business.
As our HR Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and delivering HR strategies that align with our business objectives. HR at Bosch isn’t just a department; it’s a proactive partner that creates value and delivers results. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor and collaborator to leaders and associates across the organization.
Your Role and Impact
You’ll lead the development of HR processes and oversee our HR team, which includes HR Business Partners, Leadership Coaches, and the Payroll team. Building strong relationships across various functions—Engineering, Supply Chain, Production, Sales, and Marketing—you’ll foster a culture of collaboration, inclusivity, and teamwork.
As a member of the local leadership board, you’ll help strengthen our employer brand, positioning Bosch Tranås as a top-tier employer of choice. You’ll also ensure that the global People & Organization strategy seamlessly integrates with our local business strategy.
What You’ll Do
In this influential role, you’ll transform business needs into actionable HR initiatives, driving our culture change agenda forward. Collaborating closely with our leaders, you’ll enhance their ability to lead themselves, their teams, and the business effectively.
You’ll serve as a change agent during reorganizations, ensuring successful initiatives that boost organizational performance. From guiding our talent on their learning and development journeys to managing seamless payroll processes, your contributions will span the full HR spectrum.
Furthermore, you’ll build and maintain trusted relationships with unions, providing legal guidance to leaders while ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations. You’ll also provide data-driven HR insights, helping the leadership team make informed decisions aligned with our people metrics and business goals. Your team consists of a total of 9 people in HR/Payroll and you are part of the local management team.
Who You Are
We’re looking for someone with:
- A university degree or equivalent experience in HR.
- Proven expertise as a HR manager, senior generalist with experience leading HR teams, including payroll operations.
- A track record of success in leadership development, organizational design, and managing core HR processes within a global environment.
- Exceptional relationship management skills and a consultative approach, enabling you to influence leaders to think critically and strategically.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to act on HR and business metrics, delivering results that meet stakeholder needs.
- Knowledge of Swedish labour law is required. Knowledge of other Nordic labour laws is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Swedish and English.
